On January 1, 2020, while on a trip to London, I decided to task myself with a ritual-building exercise. Every day, I would capture 20 seconds of 2020. To create a habit, a sense of responsibility, to make memories. It became more than that. It became a way to understand and bend time. It became a document of a year that was too real.

A fresh, surreal poem of boldness amidst barrenness. Salt Bone was filmed in Larnaca, Cyprus, and was inspired by the barren landscape of an empty salt lake, the sense of timelessness within the country, and the underlying female power that resonates throughout the people and sceneries of Cyprus, the birthplace of Aphrodite.
